Case presentation
A woman in her early thirties had a right carotid-ophthalmic aneurysm. MRI she underwent for headache revealed it. A month after flow-diversion treatment, silent MRA revealed complete obliteration. It is because she is young and the neck is narrow.
Before the treatment, she said, “For the children’s sake, I can’t afford to have anything happen.” She meant “the aneurysm must not happen to rupture.” She has two children . I don’t know how old they are. Of course, they are very young. I understood why she would undergo the treatment.
