(1) Mechanical thrombectomy

A man in his seventies, who took a 110 mg of Davigatran in this morning, presented with aphasia and right-sided hemiparalysis. Ten years ago, he developed cerebral infarction and started to take the medicine. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance in two hours from the onset.
