He had coil embolization about 30 years ago. There were no records. He has been in the hospital due to lucnar infarction in the right anterior choroidal artery territory. A neurologist thought it resulted from artery-to-artery embolism from the partially thrombosed aneurysm.
I have a different idea. The reasons are; the anterior choroidal artery takes off apart from the neck and originated from ICA, not from the wall of the aneurysm.
